Monavio exists to give everyone a clear, complete picture of their financial life — without handing over their bank credentials.

What We Do

Monavio is a personal finance application that brings together spending, budgets, investments, and net worth in one place. Upload a bank statement (PDF or CSV), and our AI extracts every transaction automatically. No bank connections. No screen-scraping. Works with any bank in any country.

From there, Monavio categorizes your transactions, tracks your budgets, monitors your investments, and calculates your net worth — giving you a single dashboard for your entire financial life.

Our Approach

Most finance apps ask you to link your bank account. We took a different path. By working with the statements you already have, Monavio puts you in control of what data you share and when. No third-party aggregators. No background syncing. Just your documents, processed securely.

Privacy First

We believe financial clarity should not require trusting a third party with your bank login. Monavio is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you.

Every sensitive field in your account is encrypted with AES-256-GCM — the NIST-approved standard used for classified government data. Each user gets a unique encryption key, managed through Google Cloud KMS using the envelope encryption pattern. We never sell your data, and you can delete everything with one tap. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud, which holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
