How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with Monavio for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@monavio.app with your account email and the reason for your refund request
  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Eligibility

  • Eligible: Any subscription purchase made within the last 30 days
  • Renewal payments: Refund requests for renewal charges must be made within 30 days of the renewal date

After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled
  • You will retain access to the free tier features
  • Your data will remain in your account unless you choose to delete it

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refund transactions on our behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again
  • You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
